Job summary

Central Park Tower is seeking a relief Hallperson/Concierge to deliver items to residents and guests, operate the service elevator, and assist the Resident Manager in daily operations. You will perform Doorperson duties as needed and help transport luggage and groceries with a focus on exceptional guest service.

Prior experience in luxury hotel or residential building is preferred; multi-lingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Delivering items such as newspapers, dry-cleaning, packages, groceries, and other items to residents and guests.
• Operating the service elevator.
• Assisting the Resident Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Condominium.
• Performing Doorperson and Concierge duties as needed.
• Assisting in the transport of luggage and groceries to and from units and other areas.
• Providing 5-star customer service.
• Performing other duties as assigned

If you may be a great fit for this position! Prior experience as a Hallperson at a luxury hotel or residential building and a basic knowledge of building systems, computers, and the community-at-large is preferred. Multi-lingual fluency is a plus! This is a Relief Position which may require working overnight and/or weekend shifts.

Pay & Benefits:

Pay ranges from $22.34 - $29.79 per hour depending on experience. There are also plenty of great benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and more!
