Job summary

Central Park Tower is seeking a relief Hallperson/Concierge to deliver items to residents and guests, operate the service elevator, and assist the Resident Manager in daily operations. You will perform Doorperson duties as needed and help transport luggage and groceries with a focus on exceptional guest service.

Prior experience in luxury hotel or residential building is preferred; multi-lingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.

• Ability to respond quickly to guest requests.
• Maintain guest confidentiality.
• Prior hallperson experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver items to residents and guests.
• Operate the service elevator.
• Assist the Resident Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Perform Doorperson and Concierge duties as needed.
• Assist in transporting luggage and groceries to units.
• Provide 5-star customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
