Job summary

Extell is seeking a Relief Hallperson for its prestigious Central Park Tower location in New York. You will deliver items to residents and guests, operate the service elevator, and assist the Resident Manager with daily condo operations while performing doorperson and concierge duties as needed.

Ideal candidates bring a professional, friendly demeanor, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, luxury residential setting.

Qualifications

• Previous hallperson experience in a luxury environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, computers, and the community-at-large is preferred.
• Multilingual fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Relief Hallperson, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering items such as newspapers, dry-cleaning, packages, groceries, and other items to residents and guests.
• Operating the service elevator.
• Assisting the Resident Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Condominium.
• Performing Doorperson and Concierge duties as needed.
• Assisting in the transport of luggage and groceries to and from units and other areas.
• Providing 5-star customer service.
• Performing other duties as assigned

Then you may be a great fit for this position! Prior experience as a Hallperson at a luxury hotel or residential building and a basic knowledge of building systems, computers, and the community-at-large is preferred. Multi-lingual fluency is a plus!

This is a Relief Position which may require working day and/or evening shifts.

Pay & Benefits

Pay ranges from $23.09 - $30.79 per hour depending on experience. There are also plenty of great benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and more!
