Job summary

Rose Associates is seeking a service-oriented Concierge for our luxury residential building in New York City. The role requires delivering unparalleled resident service, assisting with inquiries, and coordinating package deliveries with a polished and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will be able to move throughout the building, interact with residents, staff, vendors, and visitors, and maintain safety and order in common areas while handling various tasks related to resident services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office, Yardi, and property management software.
• Professional, courteous demeanor in all interactions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Active NYS Security Guard License is a plus.
• Work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with a professional demeanor and coordinate package deliveries.
• Provide information about community amenities and local services.
• Serve as central point of contact; relay messages and update residents as needed.
• Monitor entrances and enforce access control policies.
• Move throughout the building to address matters and assist tenants, staff, vendors and visitors.
• Assist with heavy packages and navigate stairs safely.
• Coordinate with staff, vendors and contractors as required.
