The ideal candidate exudes polish, has exceptional customer service skills, can coordinate package handling, guide residents on amenities and local services, and maintain safety and order within the building.

Qualifications

• Proficiency navigating computers and software including Microsoft Office, Yardi, and various property management software applications.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Active NYS Security Guard License is a plus.
• Work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, coordinating the receipt of incoming packages or deliveries and notifying residents.
• Provide information regarding amenities, local services, and events; stay updated on local dining and entertainment options.
• Serve as central point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and relaying messages as needed.
• Monitor building entrances and enforce access control policies with appropriate personnel.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations.
• Must be on-site and able to move throughout the building to address matters and meet with tenants, staff, vendors and visitors.
• Ability to ascend/descend stairs and move large/heavy packages over 50 pounds.
• May perform duties outside normal responsibilities as needed.
• Work in areas where domestic pets are present.
