Job summary

Servall Uniform & Linen Supply is seeking a reliable Customer Service and Sales Representative (Relief Driver) to join our team in Rapid City, SD. You will deliver clean textile products on a relief route and provide exceptional service, with potential to grow into managing your own route.

This full-time position works Monday–Friday with travel to Gillette, WY and Chamberlain, SD as needed, and emphasizes customer satisfaction, product accuracy, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (insurance requirement).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in customer service or as a delivery driver is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver clean textile products to customers on assigned routes.
• Operate a company vehicle in a designated service area.
• Promote route growth and support new business development.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and product accuracy.
• Perform product inspections and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
• Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate tools and equipment.
• Support additional duties as required.
