Job summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Relic Coordinator to join the Product Assessment team in Sunnyvale, CA. You will coordinate the full product assessment process, work with Product Development and Athlete Partnerships, and help secure relics for manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of related experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Airtable. Knowledge of MLB/NFL/NBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2-3 years of related work experience.
• Prior project management experience, preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Knowledge of MLB/NFL/NBA.

Responsibilities

• Learn assessment process and oracle transaction processes to reserve inventory.
• Accurately update assessment sheet with quantities of requested relics.
• Read, interpret and troubleshoot errors across Product documents incl. Subject lists, BOMs, Product Descriptions and EDRs.
• Process inventory returns and update Oracle to reflect on hand availability.
• Effectively communicate across teams to lead relic assessment process.
• Accurately log hours into Airtable to track hours spent on tasks.
• Learn the Relic Ops department processes and technology to improve quality and efficiency.
• Uphold all security measures to ensure Relics are secure.
• Track status of each stage of the relic assessment process including procurement, inventory management, cutting, subject list updates, BOM updates, and more.
• Escalate items to senior management as needed.
