Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles in the Dallas/Sunnyvale area is seeking a Relic Cutter to join our Relic Manufacturing team. You will prepare, stage, cut memorabilia pieces used in high-end relic cards, ensuring precision and security.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to follow strict production specs, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Experience with cutting equipment is preferred; bachelor’s degree is a plus; onsite work in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, fabrication, or similar hands-on environment.
• Experience with fabrics or other specialty materials is preferred.
• Experience operating CNC machines, die cutters, or similar equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and production specifications.
• Ability to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn Airtable.
• Experience with Oracle EBS is a plus.
• Team collaboration and adherence to safety procedures.
• Interest in sports, culture, entertainment, and collectibles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stage, and cut memorabilia according to production requirements and timelines.
• Operate cutting equipment to produce accurate relic pieces.
• Meet assigned cutting targets in coordination with leadership.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and fidelity of materials.
• Log time and activity in Airtable and other systems.
• Follow workflows for handling relic materials throughout production.
• Learn new processes and technologies to improve quality and efficiency.
• Adhere to security procedures to keep relic materials secure.
• Collaborate with team and cross-functional partners to support schedules.
• Identify issues and elevate to leadership when needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
