Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with 1+ years of experience operating CDL-related vehicles.
• Alternate pathway: no diploma with 4+ years of experience operating CDL-related vehicles.
• Class A or B Commercial Driver's License required.
• Defensive Driving Certification (Smith System) within six months of hire; forklift license if operating a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated and knuckle-boom collection vehicles for residential routes.
• Assist with yard waste and bulk item collection.
• Navigate city streets and locate service addresses accurately.
• Maintain daily records and vehicle inspections.
• Communicate via two-way radio with supervisors and crews.
