Job summary

Apogee Enterprises, Inc. in Faribault, MN seeks a Sr. Automation/Robotics Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated material handling systems and robotics.

You will interpret schematics, troubleshoot PLC/controls, and collaborate with engineers to keep production running. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, welding/fabrication, and experience with PLCs/SCADA; a High School diploma and relevant certificates are

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Certificates in Industrial Maintenance/Mechatronics, Robotics, Control Integration, Industrial Electrical or related area are required or preferred.
An associate degree in a related area is preferred.

Responsibilities

Preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated material handling systems and robotics.
Interpret electrical or mechanical schematics, manufacturer manuals, and engineering specifications to troubleshoot and repair faults.
Collaborate with engineers and higher-level technicians to resolve complex issues and improve procedures.
