Crenlo is seeking a Reliability Technician for its Rochester, MN facility to drive equipment reliability and uptime using data analysis and preventive/predictive maintenance techniques.

The role emphasizes ownership of uptime, cross-functional collaboration, and use of a maintenance management system to standardize procedures and reduce downtime. The position is based on first shift with overlap to the second shift and offers a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; two year technical degree preferred.
• Experience in a production maintenance function is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own uptime performance of critical production equipment.
• Troubleshoot down equipment and plan preventive/predictive maintenance actions.
• Use CMMS to create or update preventive/predictive maintenance procedures.
• Analyze data from machine interfaces, PLCs and sensors to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers, maintenance, operators, supervisors and vendors to implement improvements.
• Provide training to engineers, maintenance and supervisors to support reliability improvements.
