Job summary

Crenlo in Rochester, MN is seeking a Reliability Technician to own uptime performance of critical production equipment and drive improvements through preventive and predictive maintenance. You will leverage data from machine interfaces, PLCs, and diagnostic tools to prevent failures and maximize machine availability.

The role requires strong root cause analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication across engineers, operators, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; two year technical degree preferred.
• Experience in a production maintenance function is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes ownership for the uptime performance of critical production equipment.
• Performs troubleshooting on down equipment to investigate for repair actions and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Uses the maintenance management system to create or update preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
• Utilizes production data from machine interfaces and PLCs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyzes data from vibration and infrared tools to detect early signs of equipment failure and schedule repairs during planned downtime.
