Job summary
Shaw Industries seeks a Maintenance Technician C for a 1st shift in Chatsworth, GA (Plant WE). The role ensures equipment capacity and efficiency at the lowest reasonable cost, on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications
- Safety practices and personal protective equipment usage.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics.
- Math skills including area/volume calculations and unit conversions.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems to reduce downtime.
- Develop and follow preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned maintenance tasks with emphasis on safety and quality.
- Maintain equipment performance to support manufacturing processes.
- Use PM and PdM techniques to inspect, lubricate, and replace components.
- Collaborate with operations to identify improvements and corrective actions.
- Assist other maintenance roles with installation and removal of equipment.
