Shaw Industries is seeking a Maintenance Technician C for the day shift to maintain and improve equipment performance in a high‑production environment in Chatsworth, GA. The role emphasizes safe, high‑quality work and proactive maintenance in support of manufacturing objectives.

Responsibilities include executing PM and PdM tasks, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and collaborating with Reliability Tech B and leads.

Qualifications

• Safety practices and PPE knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks with focus on safety and quality.
• Maintain equipment to high performance levels, including mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment causing downtime or quality issues.
• Support PM, PdM, and CM activities as needed.
• Communicate findings and corrective steps to leadership.
• Assist in installation and removal of mechanical systems.
