Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical support to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
• Propose changes to Depot hardware/software based on updates.
• Provide training for Depot personnel on upgraded equipment.
• Work with team to provide data-driven recommendations.

Skills

Ability to obtain a secret clearance

Experience with MS Office tools

Ability to manage multiple technical projects

Technical presentations to large audiences

Experience with LabView or LabWindows

Experience with C/C+ programming languages

Experience with Autodesk Inventor

Understanding and application of engineering principles

Experience with System level Test equipment
