Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior Systems and Integration Engineer to design, develop, test and integrate complex systems for defense programs. You will work with multiple disciplines to shape innovative solutions and ensure first-time readiness.

Onsite role with security clearance requirements. You will lead integration and test activities, model systems, analyze performance, and support design reviews across program teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) preferred.
• 5+ years engineering experience.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration and Test.
• Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines, including engineering, finance, supply chain, and/or quality.

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain, and improve requirements and documentation for development and production efforts.
• Lead and/or support Integration and Test Activities.
• Lead and/or support Design and System Verification.
• Lead and/or support system performance analysis.
• Model the system and the development/production processes using Cameo.
• Create and present technical data for design reviews and tests.
• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues with data analysis and debugging.
• Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of test data to verify requirements.
• Lead and/or support mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, vendors, and customer locations.
