Job summary
Collins Aerospace is seeking a Reliability & Safety Engineer to guide reliability, maintainability, and safety activities for landing systems products. The role includes performing analyses (FMEA/FMECA, System Safety), supporting design and certification, and ensuring safety across operations.
Hybrid work arrangement in Aguadilla, PR with 3 onsite days and 2 remote days. The candidate should have a STEM degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and US
Qualifications
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in related field.
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
- U.S. citizenship required for access to information.
Responsibilities
- Provide Reliability/Maintainability/System Safety analyses for landing systems components.
- Support design engineering, product support engineering, and marketing with analytics.
- Participate in all design stages from concept to delivery and certification.
- Support safety engineering activities and regulatory tasks related to certification.
