Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Quality & Benchmarking Specialist to support quality systems for Reliability & Maintenance Engineering. You will help field teams build decision tools, evaluate RME performance, and promote best practices to reach World Class Maintenance.

Responsibilities include developing quality standards, forecasting tools, and site audits across multiple locations. Domestically travel up to 80% is expected; a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• 3+ years of directly managing and being responsible for multiple large projects.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Technology, Reliability Engineering, or Amazon equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain parts cage quality standards by tracking data and vendor defect rates.
• Build risk-based forecasting tools to help prioritise site maintenance work.
• Execute RME standard work procedures and conduct field audits for performance.
• Drive Continuous Improvement using AMS Standards and support PM processes.
• Travel domestically up to 80%.
