Job summary

Amazon in Nashville is seeking a Regional Quality & Benchmarking Specialist to build and implement quality systems for RME. You will guide field teams, evaluate performance, and drive reliability improvements year over year.

You will define standard work procedures, create risk-based forecasting tools, and collaborate with central reliability teams. Travel domestically up to 80% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• 5+ years of directly managing and being responsible for multiple large projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop parts cage quality standards with data tracking and standard work processes.
• Create risk-based forecasting tools for maintenance prioritization and automate parts tracking.
• Define RME standard work procedures and conduct field audits for performance against best practices.
• Lead network-wide continuous improvement initiatives and validate PM processes.
