Job summary

ASML Germany GmbH in Wilton, CT is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to join the Engineering & Competence team within Corporate Real Estate (CRE). The role serves as the operational bridge between Engineering & Competence, Hard Services and IFM suppliers, coordinating incident escalations and driving standardized processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Process, Mechanical, Industrial, or Facilities Engineering.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in facilities, utilities, manufacturing support, or critical infrastructure environments.
  • Experience in process improvement, facilities engineering, maintenance engineering, or incident management.
  • Experience working with outsourced service providers, IFM suppliers, or technical contractors preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering-related incident escalations from operations, user groups, and suppliers.
  • Ensure incidents are properly assessed, prioritized, and routed to SMEs and System Owners.
  • Track and coordinate technical escalations through resolution with clear ownership and follow-up actions.
  • Analyze recurring incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and operational maturity.
  • Develop and standardize escalation workflows, handoff procedures, and process documentation.
  • Translate technical requirements into practical work instructions and supplier guidance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering & Competence, Hard Services, and IFM suppliers for aligned execution.
  • Support supplier onboarding and performance improvement, ensuring adherence to technical standards.
