Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT seeks a Process Improvement Engineer to bridge Engineering & Competence, Hard Services and IFM suppliers. You will coordinate incident escalations, drive process improvements and translate engineering knowledge into standardized work instructions and procedures that enhance asset reliability and business continuity.

Candidates should have 10+ years in facilities, utilities or semiconductor environments, with strong root-cause analysis, process documentation and supplier

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
  • 10+ years experience in facilities, utilities, semiconductor, or critical infrastructure environments.
  • Experience in process improvement, facilities engineering, maintenance engineering, or incident management.
  • Experience with outsourced service providers, IFM suppliers, or technical contractors preferred.
  • Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering-related incident escalations from operations, user groups, and suppliers.
  • Ensure incidents are properly assessed, prioritized, and routed to SMEs and System Owners.
  • Track and coordinate technical escalations through resolution with clear ownership and actions.
  • Analyze recurring incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce repeat incidents.
  • Develop and standardize escalation workflows, handoffs, and process documentation.
  • Translate engineering requirements into practical work instructions and standards.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Engineering & Competence, Hard Services, and IFM suppliers.
