Job summary

ASML Wilton, CT seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Services, Engineering and Competence to lead the technical service strategy for critical facilities. You will oversee reliability, resilience, and long-term performance of production infrastructure.

This senior leadership role focuses on governance, technical direction, and operational excellence, coordinating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to protect uptime and enable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in critical facilities or asset management.
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing or complex technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of utilities, building systems, and production infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to support critical facilities and infrastructure.
• Develop maintenance and lifecycle strategies to maximize uptime.
• Guide technical teams and supplier performance to meet standards.
• Align service priorities with manufacturing, safety, and business needs.
• Lead risk mitigation and business continuity planning for assets.
• Support long-term capacity planning for utilities and production areas.
