Job summary

All Native Group, an All Native Group company, seeks a Reliability / PM Technician to execute preventive maintenance and condition-based repairs on barracks and housing on the Fort Campbell North installation. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and data-driven decisions to minimize unplanned breakdowns.

Ideal candidates hold 5+ years in building-system maintenance, OSHA 10, EPA 608 Type II preferred, and can travel locally on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in preventive or predictive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Experience with reliability and maintenance best practices.
• Familiarity with DoD installations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive maintenance routes by due dates and flag safety-critical tasks.
• Investigate sensor and building automation alerts and plan work.
• Maintain asset condition data and provide lifecycle recommendations.
• Perform inspections where sensors are not installed.
• Perform lubrication, filter changes, belt inspections per manufacturer specs.
• Use diagnostic tools to assess equipment condition.
• Follow lockout/tagout, PPE and ladder safety procedures.
