Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan Inc. Morenci, AZ seeks a Maintenance Planner to support the Supervisor, build and adjust schedules in SAP, and ensure material readiness for field maintenance in a 24/7 mining setting.

You will participate in planning meetings, manage runtimes, and collaborate with Global Supply Chain to control parts and storage, while contributing to budget and weekly forecasts. On-site housing allowance is provided for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 4 years field maintenance experience, or 2 years planning experience.
• Associates in technical field with 2 years related experience or planning experience.
• Bachelor's degree in technical field with 1 year related experience or planning experience.
• General knowledge of Maintenance Planning and basic understanding of equipment and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the area Supervisor with job prep, execution and follow-up per Freeport-McMoRan standards.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust schedules for assigned activities in SAP.
• Participate in planning meetings and review work orders.
• Support runtimes forecasting and data for weekly forecasts.
• Provide reports for site management on KPIs.
• Coordinate with Global Supply Chain for parts, materials, and storage conditions.
