Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a Reliability Engineer to drive asset reliability across manufacturing operations in North Carolina. You will lead reliability initiatives, analyze data to prioritize improvements, and collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering to reduce recurring breakdowns and improve uptime.

The role requires a strong background in RCA, FMEA, and Lean Six Sigma, with excellent communication to coordinate multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or maintenance.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred; practiced with 6S, Kaizen, and Operational Excellence.
• Strong analytical skill set with proficiency in statistical analysis.
• Exceptional communicator with ability to coordinate diverse teams.
