Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking an Equipment Reliability Manager in Claremont to lead proactive asset lifecycle management through data-driven analysis of machine operation and failure modes. You will guide maintenance strategy and drive continuous improvement across maintenance, automation, engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of statistical tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated collaborative interpersonal interactions
• Knowledge and consistent use of Lean tools (6S, Kaizen, Operational Excellence)
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and problem-solving skills with RCA/FMEA/5-Why usage

Responsibilities

• Supervises Process Control Technicians to drive reliability and process improvements.
• Interviewing, hiring, disciplining, and developing subordinates per company policy.
• Lead equipment reliability improvement initiatives and projects.
• Develop and refine Preventive (PM) and Predictive (PdM) maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with Automation, Engineering, Operations and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Identify and mitigate recurring equipment breakdowns by analysis and strategy.
• Support Management of Change for new/modified equipment.
• Maximize equipment availability, uptime, and safety.
