Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 4 years’ professional experience in engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in maintenance reliability programs.
• Experience implementing and supporting equipment reliability programs, such as preventive and predictive maintenance programs, life cycle planning for assets.

Responsibilities

• Support operations by troubleshooting problems, recommending and implementing repair techniques and equipment improvements using failure and root cause analyses.
• Drive the development, implementation, and improvement of the Asset Reliability Program (ARP).
• Participate in the development of design and installation of new and modified installations to ensure their reliability and maintainability.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability.
• Develop, monitor, and communicate targets to improve KPIs.
