Bloom Energy seeks a Reliability Manager for our manufacturing facilities. You will lead a cross-functional team to ensure equipment reliability, drive TPM initiatives, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Reliability Manager - Manufacturing Facilities

• B.S. in Engineering or relevant experience in Facilities
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in leading a team and talent management.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve mechanical and electrical problems.
• Proven ability to successfully manage a team with multiple projects to meet deadlines amidst changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities.
• Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems ( CMMS) is required, new system implementation/launch experience preferred
• Able to work efficiently with cross functional team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and active listening).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office including Power Point, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (e.g., 4–12 hours)
• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, or twist
• Ability to climb stairs/ladders if required
• Lift/carry 25–50 lbs
• Push/pull equipment or carts
• Use team lift for heavier loads
• Use hands/fingers to operate machinery, tools, or computers
