Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Technician for our recycling operations in Clackamas, OR, on a full-time night shift (Sun–Thu, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM). The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, welding, electrical work, and safe operation of plant equipment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of industrial mechanics experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of verifiable industrial mechanics, welding, and hydraulics.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent education, training, and hands-on experience).
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work around active plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own preventive maintenance schedules and routine troubleshooting for plant production equipment.
• Apply mechanical know-how, basic electrical ability, welding, and light carpentry to complete work orders efficiently.
• Operate AC/DC welders, oxygen/acetylene cutting tools, forklifts, and a broad range of hand/power tools with care.
• Follow Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) rigorously and respect all safety shutoffs before any intervention.
• Prioritize daily tasks to align with production demand and minimize downtime.
• Document work clearly and communicate status with teammates.
