Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technologist for our Manchester, PA facility. You will own preventative maintenance, diagnose and fix line issues, and stabilize equipment to minimize downtime.

Work with Production, Engineering, and Quality to improve reliability and throughput while adhering to safety, GMP, and environmental procedures. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, food production, or related setting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic ability and knowledge of HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Own preventative care: schedule and complete PMs, inspect assets, fine-tune settings, and handle replacements.
• Troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems to minimize downtime.
• Document work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment history for traceability.
• Support installations and upgrades: testing, startups, and modifications.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality to lift reliability and product quality.

Senior Industrial Maintenance Technologist — Manchester, PAPicture your first hour on shift: you review the overnight logs, prioritize work orders, and head straight to a line where a VFD is tripping. A quick diagnostic, a parameter tweak, and production is humming again.
