Qualifications

• 2–4 years maintenance experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Ability to read schematics, service manuals, and work orders.
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; strong safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production, processing, and packaging equipment.
• Execute preventative maintenance and assist with new equipment installation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Document work orders clearly and maintain safety compliance.
