Job summary

Shaw Industries is seeking a Reliability Tech B/C/D on 2nd shift to maintain equipment assets and maximize uptime in a busy manufacturing environment near Bainbridge, GA.

You will execute preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical systems, read schematics, and partner with operations to align maintenance with production goals.

This role offers hands-on growth, safety training, and a path to advanced maintenance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Safety practices including LOTO, confined space, PPE.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) on assigned equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Communicate findings and corrective steps to operations and maintenance leadership.
• Support installation and removal of mechanical systems as needed.
• Conveyance systems and power transmission components maintenance.
