Shaw Industries is seeking a Maintenance Technician C for the 2nd shift at Shaw Plant 70 in Bainbridge, GA. The role focuses on keeping production equipment reliable and efficient through hands-on maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

You will support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, work with senior technicians, and contribute to safety and quality in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain mechanical systems such as bearings, belts, shafts, motors, and gearboxes.
• Diagnose problems, perform repairs or part replacements, and restore equipment functionality.
• Document issues and corrective actions to maintenance and operations teams.
