Qualifications

• Safety practices (LOTO, confined space, PPE)
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics
• Basic measurement and math skills
• Analytical troubleshooting of mechanical systems
• Lubrication scheduling and maintenance planning
• Power transmission and conveyance system knowledge
• Fabrication and welding basics

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment to maximize performance and uptime
• Troubleshoot equipment to reduce safety, quality and downtime issues
• Follow and improve preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance plans
• Document work orders and parts requisitioning; communicate findings to leadership
• Mentor junior technicians on reliability best practices and maintenance procedures
• Support PI projects and install/remove mechanical systems as needed
