Job summary

S&D Coffee is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians and oversee daily maintenance operations in a food manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across plant equipment.

You will supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective work, coordinate with planners, and ensure proper documentation and adherence to safety standards. A strong mechanical/electrical background is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to supervise maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge.
• Familiarity with CMMS data, PMs, and work order prioritization.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion of PMs and work orders.
• Coordinate and monitor work by technicians to meet production and safety goals.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Review CMMS data to verify accuracy and monitor backlog.
