Qualifications

• 7 years of industrial maintenance experience with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role in a food facility.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems expertise.
• Working knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance planning processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and oversee PMs, predictive, and corrective work orders.
• Assign, coordinate, and monitor work by maintenance technicians to meet production and safety goals.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Review CMMS data and ensure timely completion of scheduled PMs.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive reliability improvements.
