DSJ Global is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift) to lead overnight maintenance in a high-volume manufacturing facility. You will mentor technicians, prioritize work to maximize uptime, and drive safety, quality, reliability and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong electrical/automation knowledge, and CMMS experience. This role requires hands-on leadership on a 12-hour rotating night schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, automation, and pneumatic equipment.
• Experience maintaining production, packaging, or processing equipment.
• Familiarity with programmable control systems and industrial automation platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of thermal processing, fluid handling, or similar manufacturing processes is beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership, troubleshooting, and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Experience with CMMS or enterprise maintenance software preferred.
