Job summary

Amazon Operations is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner to manage asset and spare parts, plan preventative maintenance, and maintain machine histories. The role acts as the site CMMS lead and collaborates with the engineering manager.

You will train the local team on CMMS, ensure compliance with IntlRME standards, forecast maintenance, and support spare parts management and improvement projects across the site. Strong English communication and CMMS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Maintenance planning experience in industrial settings.
• Experience with inventory and spare parts management.
• Strong communication in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Be the site SME on the CMMS software, train local engineering team, and escalate issues to Global team.
• Ensure CMMS aligns with IntlRME standards and supports rollout of new functionality and reports.
• Record equipment and spare parts accurately, ensuring minimum holdings.
• Forecast and assign preventative maintenance to technicians to maximize equipment availability.
• Compile equipment information, performance metrics, and machine histories; recommend improvements.
• Manage spare parts stock levels and coordinate with procurement for cost savings.
