Job summary

Gregory Packaging is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and reliability efforts at one of our juice manufacturing facilities. The role focuses on maximizing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, improving maintenance efficiency, and optimizing spare parts inventory.

You will develop technicians, lead capital projects, and partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to improve plant performance while maintaining a safe, audit-ready facility.
