Job summary
The Golden West Packaging Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability for our packaging manufacturing assets. You will direct preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance, drive continuous improvement, and work with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Quality, and Supply Chain to maximize uptime and asset life.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related field.
- 7–10 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- 5+ years in a maintenance leadership role.
- Experience in paper, corrugated, folding carton, converting, or packaging manufacturing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
- Strong understanding of CMMS systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance and reliability functions to maximize equipment uptime.
- Direct preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (RCFA, TPM, Lean/Six Sigma).
- Oversee planning: scheduling, backlog, work orders, and labor utilization.
- Manage storeroom, inventory, and spare parts strategies.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Quality, and Supply Chain.
