Job summary
Mainetti in Fletcher, NC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations for production equipment, facilities, and utilities. You will implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, drive reliability improvements, and manage a team of maintenance staff.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years industrial maintenance experience required.
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience leading maintenance teams and managing budgets is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead all maintenance operations for production equipment, facilities, utilities, and material handling assets.
- Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize reliability.
- Utilize KPIs and data to drive maintenance decisions and continuous improvement.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Manage CMMS, work orders, and asset tracking.
- Drive capital projects and equipment upgrades to improve performance.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Operations to minimize downtime.
