Job summary

Mainetti is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations for production equipment, facilities, utilities, and material handling assets. You will implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs and use data-driven decisions to maximize uptime and reliability.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 3–5 years of industrial maintenance, 1–3 years in a supervisory role, and hands-on experience with PLC/HMI, CMMS, and automated systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Experience with maintenance programs and reliability engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of PLC/HMI and automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for production equipment, facilities, utilities and materials handling assets.
• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Use maintenance KPIs and data to drive improvements and reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve failures.
• Manage maintenance planning, work orders, and CMMS documentation.
• Drive equipment performance through capital projects and upgrades.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Operations to minimize disruptions.
• Coach and develop maintenance staff and foster technical excellence.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
