Job summary
Bonnell Aluminum is seeking a seasoned Reliability and Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team in our Newnan, GA facility. You will implement preventive and predictive maintenance, oversee budgets, manage spare parts, and drive reliability improvements to minimize downtime.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 10+ years of industrial R&M experience, 5 years supervisory and budgetary leadership, and strong knowledge of maintenance software and data analysis tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years industrial R&M experience with 5+ years supervisory and budgetary leadership.
- Strong knowledge of equipment and maintenance best practices.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise maintenance staff including mechanics and technicians.
- Schedule tasks, monitor completion, and optimize downtime.
- Develop strategies addressing reliability issues and equipment failures.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Manage spare parts inventory and budgets.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and safety compliance.
