Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Georgia seeks an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead facilities operations, coach technicians, and drive preventive maintenance for reliability and safety. You will manage budgets, enforce OSHA standards, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve site performance.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant maintenance experience, strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, and on-call flexibility. This is a full-time on-site opportunity at our Georgia facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Proficient with industrial electrical systems (motors, starters, switch gears).
• Mechanical knowledge of bearings, shafts, reducers, sprinklers and related equipment.
• HVAC knowledge and familiarity with OSHA regulations.0
• Able to provide clear technical guidance and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Flexible schedule with on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and coordinate maintenance across facility equipment and structures.
• Implement and refine preventive maintenance programs for assets.
• Oversee custodial operations to uphold standards.
• Control spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are on hand.
• Model safe work behaviors and ensure OSHA requirements are met.
• Engage cross-functional teams and share best practices with other sites.
• Maintain hazardous materials records and confirm evacuation protocols.
• Contribute to MSC culture, hiring, termination, reviews, and development.
• Support budgeting for facility equipment (OPEX and CAPEX).
• Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues and perform pest removals as needed.
• Possible reassignment to other warehouse functions and participate in special projects.
