Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team in a manufacturing environment, ensuring high equipment availability and safe operations. You will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, manage work orders in CMMS, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and contractors to drive reliability and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, and experience with CMMS

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a team for at least 2 years.
• Proficiency with CMMS and SAP for work order management and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities, resources, and equipment availability.
• Supervise and develop a maintenance team through coaching and training.
• Manage work orders, prioritization, execution, and backlog control in CMMS.
