Job summary

Acerinox manufacturing facility seeks a Reliability Improvement Manager to lead a team focused on proactive maintenance, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement. You will drive maintenance software, KPI reporting, and training programs across the plant to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.

Role requires an advanced understanding of maintenance analytics, spare parts planning, and cross-department collaboration with Engineering and Stores to optimize costs and ensure safety

Qualifications

• Ten years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with multitask & problem solving abilities.
• Proven experience in project development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to the Reliability Improvement Team.
• Oversee maintenance software systems and data auditing processes.
• Analyze maintenance KPIs and automate reporting where possible.
• Identify plant-wide reliability improvements and support strategic decisions.
• Lead maintenance training programs aligned with skill requirements.
• Develop and enforce maintenance spare parts processes and performance metrics.
