Job summary

Atkore seeks a Sr. Manager, Maintenance Excellence to lead the Enterprise Maintenance Excellence Roadmap execution across regional facilities and drive world-class maintenance and asset reliability.

You will cascade strategy, oversee site implementation, and build a strong maintenance excellence team. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering with 8+ years in steel maintenance/engineering, plus TPM, CMMS, and lean manufacturing expertise, and proven leadership and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; 8+ years in engineering/maintenance in steel industry; TPM, lean, and CMMS experience preferred.
• Experience with maintenance cost drivers and project engineering/management.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Maintenance Excellence Roadmap development and execution for World Class Maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Cascade the Maintenance Maturity Model across sites; oversee strategy and vision.
• Develop audit systems to ensure robust practices and progress toward goals.
• Build and guide the Enterprise Maintenance Excellence Team to maximize site maintenance and asset performance.
• Define KPIs for OEE, MTBF, MTTR and data-driven restoration plans.
• Apply FMEA and reliability analysis using historical data and OEM guidance.
