Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead a world-class maintenance function and improve facility operations efficiency. You will prioritize health and safety, promote a collaborative environment, and ensure effective spare parts management.

The role requires 10+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience with 5+ years in maintenance supervision, CMMS proficiency, and reliability/excellence in maintenance practices. Strong cost-control skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering is required.
10+ years manufacturing/industrial experience required.
5+ years maintenance supervision experience required.
Experience with CMMS is required.
Reliability excellence and preventive/predictive maintenance experience required.
Lean experience preferred; BMS and DCS/PLC knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish a world-class maintenance function to improve facility operations efficiency.
Prioritize health and safety by enforcing policies and safe practices.
Promote a safe, collaborative environment for all team members.
Oversee shop housekeeping and promote organizational excellence.
Implement spare parts inventory organization and tracking.
Develop mechanical/electrical skill sets within the team.
Develop improvements to reduce cost and boost plant efficiency.
Maintain cost controls to support facility and organizational goals.
Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team.
