Northrop Grumman is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to specialize in automated electrical and mechanical components and production equipment. You will review existing manufacturing systems, implement preventive maintenance, and develop monitoring strategies to predict failures while keeping the plant running 24/7.

You will prepare analyses on equipment effectiveness and support future capital purchases, with a standard 9/80 work schedule and the possibility of security clearance for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required; years of experience vary by level.
• 2+ years in manufacturing processes, equipment, or facilities support/maintenance.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review existing manufacturing equipment and understand OEM build protocol.
• Develop preventive maintenance procedures for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Create monitoring strategies to predict failures using vibration, temperature, and other analyses.
• Prepare presentations and reports on Operational Equipment Effectiveness.
