Job summary

Toyo Tires is seeking a Manufacturing Reliability Supervisor (Robotics & PLCs) to lead maintenance teams in a modern, automated plant. You will guide technicians and team leaders, run daily stand-ups, plan maintenance, and ensure uptime and safety across shifts.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree or equivalent maintenance experience, strong PLC/robotics knowledge, and proven leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year college required.
• At least 2 years of leadership in industrial maintenance.
• 5+ years maintenance in a multi-craft environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Maintenance Technicians and Team Leaders.
• Plan and schedule manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate maintenance with production to protect uptime.
• Troubleshoot complex issues to reduce downtime.
• Enforce safety, quality, and ISO requirements.
• Conduct evaluations and development discussions with staff.
